SHERBROOKE, Quebec – Bestar and Bush Furniture Industries have a new corporate name: the eSolutions Furniture Group.
The company said the new name reflects its plans “to propel residential and commercial furniture sales internationally through cutting-edge e-commerce solutions.”
The renaming comes a little over a year after Bestar bought Bush. Both companies specialize in the manufacture of ready-to-assemble furniture.

The group’s head office is located in Sherbrooke, in the current Bestar premises. The company operates furniture production sites in Sherbrooke and Lac-Mégantic, Quebec, as well as New York, Pennsylvania and Asia. The product line of the eSolution furniture group includes home and office furniture from Kathy Ireland; seating, home entertainment furniture and storage solutions. The products are sold online on brand websites and major e-commerce sites. They are also available at large office supply stores and commercial contract markets.
Bestar Bush ranked 76th in the most recent edition of CMDF 300 of the largest secondary wood products companies in North America.
The eSolutions furniture group is owned by Novacap, a Canadian private equity firm.
