– Generation of proposals and purchase orders in Ivy

-Monitoring the progress of personalized commissions

-Developing and updating furnishing and construction schedules

-Develop and maintain project budgets and specifications

– Relationship with clients, consultants and suppliers

You would be a good candidate if:

-You know the world of high-end furniture galleries, designers, business resources and antique dealers in Los Angeles and abroad

-You have experience in renovation and construction, understand the process and can read and give back plans

-You are highly organized, pay close attention to detail and don’t let anything slip through the cracks

-You have strong time management skills, can work independently without the need for direction, and multi-task effectively

-You are enthusiastic, motivated and always think one step ahead when tackling a problem

-You want a flexible schedule, the ability to sometimes work from home and manage a sometimes unpredictable workload
