Robin Baron joins forces with the Minka group on the lighting collection

Nationally renowned interior designer Robin Baron of Robin Baron Conception associated with Minka Group, a leader in the categories of decorative lighting, ceiling fan and interior decoration, to launch an exclusive and avant-garde lighting collection on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the Minka Group.

Robin Baron’s illustrious lighting collection is inspired by years spent in the fashion and design industries and in particular by his own line of luxury hardware. As jewelry makes a fashion statement, Robin believes that hardware and lighting punctuate a space, giving it that finishing touch that owners seek.

“One of my greatest passions is jewelry; big, bold and fabulous jewelry! Wherever I travel, I am always drawn to vintage, unique and special pieces. Lighting, like jewelry, should be big, bold and fabulous! Just as a beautiful piece of jewelry enhances fashion, lighting transforms a room from simple to gorgeous. My lighting designs for Minka Group make this statement, ”says Robin.

Robin Baron is no stranger to pushing the boundaries in the luxury design and furniture industries. Coming from a solid background in fashion, she brings an authentic perspective that not only attracts her clientele, including celebrities, but inspires, educates and helps design enthusiasts gain the confidence to design their own homes. Robin’s bold approach to design blends materials and finishes in a dynamic new way. His striking interiors, luxury home furnishings, and expert design advice not only graced the pages of magazines, but paved the way for licensed collections like this impressive lighting collection for Minka Group.

The new lighting collection consists of six lighting models – Astor, Chelsea, Gramercy, SoHo, Sutton and Tribeca. A common thread of Robin’s daring and avant-garde style runs through his new lighting collection – such as the star shape inspiring the stunning Gramercy and Sutton designs and the buckles of his material collection reflecting the Astor design. The SoHo design even incorporates leather trims, a clear nod to its fashion past.

Celebrate the launch
