Shackletons Group joins The Furniture Makers’ Company as a corporate member

Shackleton Groupa respected manufacturer of nursing home and hospitality furniture, is the latest company to join the growing list of corporate members of The society of furniture makers – the City of London Livery Company and Furniture Industry Charity.

Shackletons Group has been producing handcrafted traditional and contemporary contract furniture since 1959. Based in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, the company supplies a wide range of furniture, from upholstered chairs and sofas to dining and side tables, as well than a wide range of made-to-measure cabinets.

Corporate Membership offers companies in the sector the opportunity to support the company’s charitable activities, get involved in civic events and network with other members. Up to three representatives can be chosen for admission as corporate liveries.

Sir Anthony Ullmann, CEO and Chairman of Shackletons Group, and Mark Harrison, Chief Financial Officer, were officially admitted as corporate liverymen at a ceremony at Furniture Makers’ Hall in London on Tuesday March 8, 2022.
